Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your BeepSweep account and what happens to your data.
What gets deleted?
- Your account details, personal settings and (for a company deletion) all calls, recordings, transcripts, tasks and contacts.
- A personal account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 14 days — within that period you can restore it via password recovery.
- What is (temporarily) retained: data we are legally required to keep and an anonymised audit skeleton (without personal data).
Delete it yourself (recommended)
Log in and go to Settings → Account → Danger zone. There you can delete your own account or, as an administrator, the entire company.
Cannot log in anymore?
Fill in this form; we verify your identity via the e-mail address provided and process the request within 30 days.
